Kalm has been a fan of "Outsider Art" for decades, and always tries to
make it by the Outsider Art Fair. This year is no different, except for
the apparent re-contextualization that a few curators and dealers are
imposing to integrate some of the more eccentric of today's contemporary
"mainstream" artists into this newly chic category. Your correspondent
brings viewers along for a tour and perhaps a couple of pleasant
surprises.
