For her fifth show with the gallery,
Ingrid Calame presents a set of large site specific room installations.
Using photos of tire tracks taken in the pit area of the Indianapolis
Motor Speedway as a basis, pin pricked templates were used through which
color was applied directly to the gallery walls This program is a
walk-through view of the installations produced using the ancient
technique of pounce drawing and raw pigment.
