Little Bang Theory performs in Joshua White and Gary Panter's Lightshow at MOCAD

Frank Pahl's Little Bang Theory create their own whimsical compositions and perform covers of soundtrack music on a panoply of toy instruments. Their arrangements come across like a hybrid form of chamber music, stunning in their beauty and childish complexity. Frank Pahl is a Kresge Fellow, modern composer and creator of automatic instruments. Pahl's bands Only a Mother, The Scavenger Quartet, as well as his solo compositions have garnered critical acclaim both regionally and abroad. This fun and innovative ensemble will be creating a soundtrack for Joshua White and Gary Panter's Light Show for one very special afternoon only.
