Sandy Dillon - Flowers

Listen to this classically trained but unconventional jazz piano player who sings in the style of Billie Holiday, Nina Simone, Janis Joplin,Tom Waits, Amy Winehouse & Iggy Pop. She describes her music as "jazz-punk western blues". Some of these songs were performed live at the legendary Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club in London accompanied by Mick Ronson on a bill with Nina Simone in 1985.
