New album out 5/4: Michael Gordon's Clouded Yellow

Over the course of a decade, New York's Michael Gordon (a founding composer of Bang on a Can) has collaborated with San Francisco's Kronos Quartet on a series of provocative works that have finally been assembled on record for the first time by Cantaloupe Music. Encapsulating the breadth and complexity of this long-standing creative partnership, "Clouded Yellow" features four pieces: the title track (composed in 2010), Exalted, which features the Young People’s Chorus of New York City conducted by Francisco Núñez (2010), The Sad Park (2006) and Potassium (2000).
