Stravinsky's "Pulcinella" - The original music

Veröffentlicht am 05.10.2013
This video compiles all the music used by Igor Stravinsky as the basis of his ballet "Pulcinella"(1920). It's mainly Italian baroque music, coming from such sources as operas by Pergolesi, trio sonatas by Gallo and harpsichord suites by Monza, but Stravinsky unknowingly used music by a non-Italian composer (Wassenaer, a Dutch) and even by a 19th-century romantic composer, Parisotti.

Have fun!
